I can date our family back to Augustus Henry Eckhardt born 1818 died 5/16/ 1892 in Philadelphia PA Buried in Odd Fellows cemetery.Augustus was married to Emma E Culin born 1/12/1818 Married on 11/13/1842 by Rev.Everts pastor of New Market Baptist church. Lived in Philadelphia PA Northern Liberties section. I know that Emma predeceased Augustus but I do not know when.
They had seven sons
1 Charles Henry born 7/9/1843
2 George Culin Born 6/8/1845 died 2/27/1911
3 Theodore Augustus born 1/1/1848
4 William Franklin born 10/5/1850 died 9/5/1856
5 Harry Clay born 8//8/1853 died 3/6/1854
6 Walter Merrill born 7/28/1855 died 1/1/1877
7 Albert Howard born 7/27/1858
Anybody with more information would greatly be appreciated.
