I found Stanley Edds, age 8, in the 1910 census in New York State, Genesee County, Town of Elba. He is listed under Thomas Edds 68, Mary A. Edds, wife, Alvin Jay, 28, son, Fred L. 43, son. Stanley is listed as the grandson.
Thomas and Mary Adelaide (Case) Edds are also the parents of William Thomas Edds from whom my husband is descended.
Thomas Edds was born in Marcellus, NY. and is the son of James and Polly (Cobb) Edds.
I also found Stanley Edds, 28, in the 1930 Census in New York State, Erie County, Buffalo District 81. He is listed with Evelyn, wife,27, and Marion, daughter, 8
Maple grove Cemetary in Elba is the burial site for Thomas, Mary A, Polly, Fred, Sharon Louise, William T., Dora (Mcmichael), jay and an infant son.
