In responding to my own personal e-mail re Leather May Colston, hope to perhaps correct my e-mail address, and list further info to Leather (May) Colston.
In one of my queries re Leather My, I asked if perhaps she might be the daughter of one LaFayette May of Franklin Co., TN. That is still a legitimate question as I found her death record in Ellis Co.,TN dated, 13 Mar 1967, listing parents David C. and Elizabeth (Edds) McMullin.
The question now goes back to perhaps Elizabeth being married to a May who could be the father of Leather. Her name is also found spelled as Lethather May 'Letha'.
Will appreciate hearing from anyone who might be able to help me with Leather's marriage, and perhaps children; as she does have three listed as: David C., Thomas Ervin, and Ethel Colston all born in TX.
