My Father was in an orphanage in Buffalo, Erie co. he was given the name William Douglas Eddy at birth, born July 22 1953. He recalls them refering to him as "Dougie". We think that his mother was 15/16 when she had him. He was adopted out about 11 to 18 months after being placed in the home. If any of this sounds familiar could you PLEASE let me know. This has been an ongoing search for a very long time. any help is appreciated.
