Per the Eddy Family in America 2005 supplement book, Mary Ann Sullins was Leander Eddy's third wife. The entry reads:
30963 LEANDER EDDY (CARLTON, PETER, PELEG, PETER, JOSHUA, ZACHARIAH, SAMUEL, WILLIAM), b. Nov 28, 1841 at Milford, Knowx Co., OH; d. Jan 20, 1920 at Old Soldiers Home and Hospital in Marshalltown, Marshall Co., IA; bur. Iowa Soldiers Home Cemetery, Marshalltown, IA; m. 1) Apr 20, 1864 at Millersberg, Iowa Co., IA, MARTHA LONGSTRETH; she d. one month after they were m., in May 1864; m. 2) ca. 1868, MARGARET REBECCA ROBERTSON, in Clark Co., IN; div. in 1874 in IN; m. 3) Oct 4, 1874 in Johnson Co., IL, MARY ANN SULLINS, b. in TN; d. Feb 1923 at the Old Soldiers Home and Hospital at Marshalltown; bur. in the Old Soldiers Home Cemetery at Marshalltown.
There is more about Leander's service which I will omit.
He had two children of his second marriage.
Of his third, to Mary Ann, there were six children:

Lee Ray Eddy, b. Aug 1, 1878 in IL.
Elmer Eddy, b. Oct 22, 1879 in IL, living in 1915 (pension application).
Walter Eddy, b. Aug 14, 1882 in IA.
Charles Eddy, b. Feb 20, 1885 in IA.
Alice Mary Eddy, b. Jul 18, 1887 in IA, living in 1915 (pension application); m. Jesse Van Gorp.
