Banister and Mary Walker Edens, Texas

I'd like to receive information and share what little I know about some of the Edens family in Texas. Banister Edens (29 Jun 1804 - 22 Sep 1889) and Mary Walker Edens were my ggg-grandparents. Banister is buried, along with 12 other persons with the Edens surname, in Center Point Cemetery, Kerr County, TX. I do not find Mary Walker Edens's grave and do not know her burial place. One or more of their children were born in LA but they moved to TX at some point.

One of Banister and Mary's children was Mary Lavinia Edens (10 Jan 1834 Minden, Webster Par. LA. - 14 Jan 1904), who married a Hiler 12 Feb. 1851 Claiborne Parish LA. Following her marriage to Hiler, she moved to Texas.

Another Banister Edens, aged 25, and apparently single, shows up on the 1900 census of Schleicher County, TX. The unusual name suggests that he may have been a grandson of the Banister Edens b. 1804 but I have not established a connection.

There were at least two Edens families living in Hood County TX in 1880 but I cannot establish any connection.
