According to an old Prentice history (Binney, 1883) your Grace Ann Daniels (who m. Capt Way of NH) is the d/o James Daniels Sr & Grace Edgecomb of Groton, CT. Other children of this couple are James Jr, Phoebe, Sarah (who m. Stephen Prentiss) and Margaret (my ancestor, who m. Dr Jonathan Prentiss). It also mentions the Lord Edgecomb business, but I've never seen any proof.
