Is your Samuel a relation of my gggrandfather Captain John Edgecombe born in Tilbury, Upper Canada before 1850? His wife was Elizabeth Ead (b.1847) of Port Stanley, Upper Canada. His daughter Elizabeth married my ggrandfather Henry Bake. I would appreciate any info on Captain John and Elizabeth.
