These two posts have info pertaining to both Matilda Eddington and her father, George.
I am a direct descendant of this line: George ... David ... Charles Thomas ... Harold, Sr. ... me.
Based on the death certificate for Matilda, I am finally convinced Amy's husband was George. How he might have been connected to William Eddington (Nancy Jane's husband) is still uncertain. There is no proof I have seen for them being brothers. Nor have I seen any real info about George's parents.
I am hoping there is something out there -- other than DNA testing the male descendants of both these men -- showing how William and George are related. However, finding a real connection may require DNA testing.
