Samuel Edington Cem. Cherry Hill Place, Monroe Co. TN

The Sons of Confederate Veterans have fenced in the cemetery. Some new stones have been ordered. I am hoping to find descendents of Samuel Alexander Edington and his 2 wives. We`are looking at Dec 10th 2011 for the celebration. If not possible we'll look at another date. I descend from Samuel's sister, Jemima Edington who m. Benjamin Johnson. Their parents were Luke (John) and
Sarah Tipton Edington. I would love to put a small memorial marker there for John & Sarah Tipton Edington. They may not have been buried there but John died in the general area in the late 1820's and Sarah died after 1830. Samuel was a veteran of the War of 1812. There are 3 confederate soldiers buried there also. His sons in laws. Please contact me if you need more information. joanngiles@aol.com Blessed Be, Jo Ann
