I corresponded with Lyda about 10 years ago. He indicated that only about 25 copies of the book were printed. Some of them are in libraries; the rest are probably owned by individuals. I've consulted the copy at the Henderson County (NC) public library.
The book is essentially about 120 pages of photocopied family group sheets for descendants of Robert and Ann Wrensher Edney. It focuses mostly on their descendants who settled in Henderson Co, NC. No sources are cited, so it's a little difficult to judge its accuracy.
