Amey EDNEY m Thos. DOBSON, 1828, Newbury, Berks., UK

Thanks to a m cert I received today I discovered my gt gt gdmother's name was Mary DOBSON b or b 8/10/1835 Northbrook Lane Baptist, Newbury.
Her parents were: Thomas DOBSON chr 25/11/1804 in Speen, Newbury, m Amey EDNEY (b abt 1794) by banns on 20/9/1828 in Newbury.
The family appear on the 1851 census for Jack of Newbury Street as: Thomas DOPSON aged 46, Amey DOPSON aged 57 and Mary DOPSON aged 15.
When I saw the surname EDNEY I thought how unusual it was, and that there wouldn't be many of them about- wrong!
Do any of you have any further info about my Amey EDNEY please, particularly her parents and siblings?
There is an Amy EDNEY on the IGI chr 13/1/1793 in East Lockinge, Berks., parents John and Mary EDNEY, bro Joseph Maunders EDNEY chr 4/7/1790 E.L., who may be mine, but there are also EDNEYs in the neighbouring county of Hampshire, close to Newbury, so I don't think it's safe to assume. Many thanks, Jay
