I found the Will of Levin Edney posted online and it has the date Mar. 8, 1850. I am interested in the Casey connection mentioned in his Will:
Namesake Levin Casey, his mother Sally Casey.It says Levin Edney's wife is Polly, and HER neice Sarah E. Casey and nephew Thos. Casey jr. That makes it sound like the Caseys are from her side.
I am researching a Thomas C. Casey who left Moyock Currituck Co. NC in Dec. of 1829 the best I can see through records. He shows up at a Dillihunty sale in Davidson Co. TN. Wanting to see if the above Casey's are connected to him or his siblings.
