Marian, I am a little confused on this post you made. I follow Willie Wilkies Edney, his father John Thomas, and his father William Wilkies Edney. In a previous post you stated that William and Elizabeth were married 28 December 1845 (Thats what I have) but you state in this post that William was born in 28 Dec 1845. I have William Wilkies b 5 March 1822, d 9 Sept 1893 and Jane b 1822, and d 25 April 1899. Is this incorrect? I also have William Wilkies father as Edmund Edney b 24 March 1795, (which is the normal time period between father and son) d 31 Jan 1842, not Newton Rensher Edney, Jr. I went back to check what I sent you to make sure that I hadn't missinformed you and that is what I stated in that post. Newton was born 1 Jan 1763, d 25 March 1835 and 1763 to 1822 is 59 years to long between Newton's birth and William's birth. So check that previous post I made for what I think is the correct data. I didn't want you to get the wrong data.
