Robert Edney was born abt. 1705 in Pasquotank Nc. His Father was Peter Edney who was born in England Abt. 1660. He died about 1725. Peter was the son of William Edney who was born abt 1640 and died about 1700. It is said that Peter was the first Edney to come to the US.
