William is the son of William Egan and ?McCarthy who were married in Youghal Cork Ireland. William's brother Mathew married Mary O'Brien and their son also William came to Australia in 1852c. The William I am looking for went to America in about the 1830's. Would love to hear from anyone who may know of this William as he is a "missing link" in our family
