I thought I had replied to your answer, maybe I didn't. I am connected to George through his daughter Donnie Beatrice Ehrhardt. George died 17 April 1876 in Salisbury MO and his wife Nancy Catherine Moxley died 4 March 1877. My ggrandmother Donnie was only 6 when her mother died and I have no clue who raised her. In fact it's like she disappeared from the face of the earth until she married my ggrandfather Rolla Cunningham c 1894. Since Rolla was from MO also I am assuming that is where they married, however their first children(twins) were born in Chicago in 1895.
The list of children I have, given to me by my aunt Virginia (Donnie's daughter) were
Mary Kathrine; Henry C.; John Martin; Martha Ellen; Flora Ann; Viola V.; George Weber (He died in 1877 also); Ada Zerta; William Pettis and Donnie Beatrice.
Flora would have been about 17 when her mother died, she and the rest of the children listed after her had to have been raised by other family members, but I haven't been able to figure out who. The closest I have come is another researcher told me that Mary Matilda Moxley and Taylor Jones had a daughter named Donnie and now I'm wondering if that may have been my ggrandmother. I have not heard back from her on that. Do you know who raised William Pettis? If you have any leads at all please e-mail me at Thanks, Georgia Murray
