We are not related to the Eibs, but we live in their house. Our house, 315 Milltown Road, East Brunswick, has a doorknocker that says "The Eib's". We're wondering about the history of our house; when it was built, why the ceilings/doors are so high (were the Eibs very tall people?), why the driveway is shared (we hypothesize that there was some common ownership of this house and the one next door because otherwise they would have laid out the house to fit a driveway properly on the lot?) We heard the subdivision behind the house was built 17 years ago and before that it was a pond? There's so much we'd like to ask.
