Tim,
The information came from a record book kept in the Kinderhook E.C. Church. It also lists the funeral home and the cemetery, but I did not copy that information. The funeral home was in York County - Wrightsville, I think - and I thought the cemetery was Silver Spring, but the list of Eisenbergers buried there did not include his name. If you contact the church, I'm sure they will be glad to let you see the records. The pastor said they've had many such requests.
Since your Harry and my Henry were born 8 years apart and both connected to the same church, the chances are good that they were at least related, cousins or even brothers.
Do the census records you mentioned list children? Ages? I found an Ida Eisenberger in the church records, but I suspect it's the wife of Howard L., rather than the daughter of Henry M. Any leads will be appreciated.
Marlene
