Thank you for the offer, but I finally managed to tie the Lauderdale and Dyer county EISON together. BUT.... If you can fill in some death dates or other information, it would be appreciated. John Hames Eison , born August 14, 1814 in Union District, SC, md Elizabeth M. Jones, born August 18, 1817 in NC, sometime before 1836 in SC. John died September 8, 1867 in Lauderdale Co., and is buried in Elon Cemetery. Elizabeth died October 1878 in Lauderdale Co., and is also buried in Elon Cemetery. There children included: 1/ Susanna R. Eison, born about 1836 in Union District, SC, married July 2, 1856 in Lauderdale Co., TN to William P. Soward. Then she married Anderson McGuire on December 22, 1868 in Lauderdale Co., TN. She died 1899 in Wacoma, WA. 2/ John Randolph Eison, born March 29, 1838 in Union District, SC, died March 22, 1856 in Lauderdale Co., TN, buried Elon Cemetery. (nothing else known) 3/ Caroline Elizzbeth Eison, born about 1841 in Union District SC, married William Pillow, on May 14, 1869 in Lauderdale Co. (nothing else known) 4/ Robert Y. Hames Eison, born about 1843 in Union District SC. (nothing else known) 5/ Frances S. Eison, born about 1845 in Union District SC, married John H. Pillow on September 22, 1866 in Lauderdale Co. (nothing else known) 6/ Sarah A. Eison, born about 1847 in TN, married Benjamin F. Pillow on May 14, 1869 in Lauderdale Co. (nothing else known) 7/ Fredrick W. Eison, born about 1849 in Lauderdale Co., married Sarah Anastasia Jones on June 13, 1867 in Lauderdale Co. (nothing else known) 8/ Kneeland W. Eison, born about 1851 in Lauderdale Co. (nothing else known) 9/ Rhett Eison, born about 1853 in Lauderdale Co., married Eliza J. Brim, on August 3, 1876 in Lauderdale Co. (nothing else known) (It is Brooks and Eva Hooper/Hopper who were the parents of Carl. Carl and his siblings are living with an uncle at the time of the 1900 census, and I was trying to find out what had happened to his parents. They just disappeared.)
