Hello, Thank you for your email , I don`t have a Ralph,in my tree.My most recurring names are James, William, Robert,and Thomas.My 4th G Grandfather died in 1793, I have no date of birth, and do not know the age he was when he died. The information I have at present, tells me ,most of my Elgey`s were in the North of England. With some in the Barforth, Winston ,and Richmond areas.I have two branches , one going off from 3rd gt grandfather James, and one going off from 4th G grandfather yet another James, on this second branch there is one Matthew born 1862.Hope this has helped , and who knows we may find we have a connection somewhere along the line.
