I found a marriage record for Thomas Elms and Alicia Agar at Family Search stating they married on 2 Aug 1848 in Ireland. The site lists no know family, though I do know that my great grandfather, Eusebie / Euseby John Elms (1852 - 1936) was their son. They also had a daughter named Mary.

Thanks to the wonders of the internet , a descendant of Mary discovered me online. I now have pictures of Euseby and Mary's childhod home and a copy of Mary's baptismal record.

Mary's baptismal record says she was born in 1851. I am told that Mary and Euseby were baptised on the same day, though his record cannot be found. They were baptised on 13 September 1857, in Parish of Templetown, Co. Wexford, Diocese of Ferns by Rev. Thomas Cloney. Sponsors were Briget Mullins and Thomas Feeney.

Euseby ended up in Texas, jumping ship in Galveston. He married Mary Motter and they lived in Corsicana, TX for many years where he worked as a railroad engineer. He lived his last years in Dallas.

I need help finding Euseby's records and anything about his or Alicia's ancestsry.
