Patsy,

According to Mr. Enoch Emanuel's 1916 - 1920 booklet, SKETCH OF THE CLASSIFIED INDIANS OF SAMPSON COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, your gg grandmother, Molsie Bedsole Burnette was the daughter of William James Bedsole and his wife, Nancy Emanuel. (Nancy Emanuel is the daughter of Mike Emanuel.) The booklet also states that Molsie was married to Matthew Burnette (Jr.). Matthew Burnette (Jr.) is the son of Matthew Burnette (Sr.) and his wife, Elizabeth Chance. (Elizabeth Chance is the daughter of Ivens Chance. Note: The surname "Chance" is directly linked to the Mattemuskeet Indians of Hyde County, N.C.)

Molsie's father, William James Bedsole, is the son of Polly Bedsole. Polly Bedsole is the daughter of Robin Bedsole. (Note: Robin's gender is unclear.)
