This is Barbara Manuel Potter sitting here with my father Donald Richard Manuel originally of Effingham Illinois. His brother George Manuel started a genealogy trace in the 90's and we are familiar with all of these names. He is since deceased. My dad has the original pamphlet of the Classified Indians of Sampson County. His great, great, great grandfather was Fred Manuel married to Tempey Tew. He is from the Manuels that went to Illinois. He now lives in Philadelphia. He moved there in 1948 while in the Navy.
