Burgess, now that is a real interesting name.
Oh they have to tied in with somebody, cause there is a town called Burgessville just north of Norwich. You have to drive straight through it in order to get to the Archives. It is more like a hamlet. They have the most wonderful generalstore, that sells a lot of Dutch items and trinkets. Have you tried the OCFA site. They should have were the Burgess family are buried!
