Do you know of any connection between Emigh and Emeigh? And of an Emeigh, Pennsylvania?
My grandfather was Edgar Charles Emeigh who married Doris Mallard in Washington D.C. in the 1930's and then he was killed in WWII. I am seeeing an interesting link of EMIGHs who were in NY and PA coming from Germany, and this info seems to fall in with info about my mother's relatives on the EMEIGH side in NY and PA and she thinks the name is German. Any insights would be great. Thank you ahead of time.
