John Emigh (1818-1880) and Susannah Breth Emigh (1822-1910) lived in Emeigh, PA., in Cambria County. His father was Charles Emeigh, we believe, but there is also a Christian Emigh or Emeigh associated with the early history of Emeigh, PA. John's mother, the former Mary Law, and sister, Mary M. Emigh both died in the 1850 fever. All three are buried in the old cemetery in Cherry Hill. John and Susanah had 11 children, but none were named Sarah or Susannah. One child was named Charles Christian Emigh, and I suspect that there is a relation to Christian Emeigh of Huntingdon County, who wrote a will in 1809. Sorry if this just confuses things more. Let me know if you've found more about these connections. JE
