For RObert Hughes: Re Alexander and Charlotte Elmslie.
Alexander died in 1843. Charlotte nee Pyper is a bit of a mystery. I have searched for many years trying to find out her birth data with no results. I have the marriage contract for Alexander and herself. They had 9 children, the youngest born in 1835. Charlotte was still alive in 1851 (1851 Census).
