I am researching Emslies in the Aberdeenshire area and have come across 2 Leslie Emslies.

Leslie Emslie married Margaret Duthie 27 Dec 1818 in Monymusk, Aberdeenshire

Children are
1. John EMSLIE - Christening: 18 Jan 1820 Saint Nicholas, Aberdeen, Aberdeen, Scotland
2. Mary EMSLIE - Christening: 3 Oct 1821 Saint Nicholas, Aberdeen, Aberdeen, Scotland
3. Leslie EMSLIE - Birth: 3 Jan 1824 Rayne, Aberdeen, Scotland
4. Alexander EMSLIE - Birth: 26 Dec 1825 Rayne, Aberdeen, Scotland
5. Margaret EMSLIE - Birth: 3 Mar 1828 Rayne, Aberdeen, Scotland
6. William EMSLIE - Birth: 7 Jan 1830 Rayne, Aberdeen, Scotland
7. Catharine Leslie EMSLIE - Birth: 26 Jan 1832 Rayne, Aberdeen, Scotland
8. Jane EMSLIE Birth: 26 May 1834 Rayne, Aberdeen, Scotland

I also have further info re census and descendants of Alexander Emslie.
