While at the library copying obits for someone, I managed to obtain a copy of a death notice for Mrs. Martha M. Emslie. I thought I would post it in case it is helpful to someone.

Mrs. Martha M. Emslie

Mrs. Martha M. Wilson Emslie, a resident of No. Chelsmford for the past 10 years, died Sunday at her home, Gay street, after a long illness at the age of 45 years, three months and 23 days. She leaves her husband, James C. Emslie; a son, James C., Jr., and one daugther, Miss Violet J. Emslie,, all of North Chelmsford; her mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Wilson of Kilmarnock, Scotland; two sisters, Mrs. James Cameron of Coroapolis, PA., and Mrs. Thomas Robertson of Glasgow, Scotland; a brother, Thomas Wilson of Kilmarnock, Scotland; also by several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Emslie was a member of Granite Queen Rebekah lodge of Beebe, Que.
