Do you know if John Bluford Endsley had a will when he died? My 3rd great grandmother,Elizabeth Jane Endsley Cochran, was said to have been his daughter. In the new Carroll County Georgia Heritage book she is said to have given power of attorney to an Isaac M.Dempsey on August 11, 1881, to do all things necessay in the settlement of the estate of my father John Endsley(late) who died in Cass County, Texas. The affidavit is in Miller County, Arkansas. If this is true then I would have my proof of John Bluford Endsley having been her father. Thanks.
