I am a direct descendent of William P. Endsley and have a pdf copy of a document by his son, William F. Endsley (12 pages), describing the migration of the Endsley family to Cass County Texas shortly after the Civil War. It was written out originally in longhand by William F. Endsley in 1939-1940 and then typed up by my father, Barney McCoy Smith, Jr. in 1975.

Feel free to contact me at kenwsmith54@gmail.com if you would like a copy of that document.
