My copy of the books, "The Family History and Genealogy of Garret and Gertrude Enochson 1650-1950" was published in December 1999 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It does not have a publisher's name, but says, "Self-published work c.2000 Nancy L. Carter," with the address: Nancy Lea Carter, 3436 Anderson SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106, on the back of the first page. It does not look like a professional printing, but rather like Xerox copies of pages bound in a plastic binder and clear acetate cover. The format looks a lot like that of the Family Tree Maker program, with black and white copies of pictures, maps and documents inserted.
