Carlene, are you the one who posted message #73 on this forum? (May 15, 1999) If not, someone else has also asked about Mariah. There is enough difference in that post and yours and the information I have that makes me wonder if we are talking about the same people. I have William documented in Knox Co. TN in 1850; Rhea Co. TN in 1860; Johnson Co. TX in 1880. Oral history has him going to live with his daughters in Arkansas c. 1910-1912 and dying there. The Rhea Co. census of 1860 lists my Mariah as being 7yrs old making her yr of birth 1853. My ggrandfather, Michael (Mariah's brother) was born in 1850. However, birth dates weren't always consistent. I knew about the W.A. Enos buried in Saline Co. but couldn't find enough info to indentify him as my gggrandfather. I'm posting this on the forum for the benefit of others but will also answer your e-mail. Marianne
