Enroughty Family Genealogy Forum
I am researching the surrounding neighbors of Four Mile Creek on the James River around 1700. Darby Enroughty, son and heir at law of Darby Enroughty, dec'd, planter of Henrico Co., sold 160 acres on North Side of James River to John Pleasants, joining Nicholas Perkins and Robert Sharpes (Henrico Co. records 1706-09, p. 62, 8 Feb. 1707).
The Four Mile land was close to John Pledge, Henry Pew, John Creasy, John Redford, and John Cannon (among others). Do you know of any marital relationships of Darby Sr. or Jr. to neighboring families?
