Hello,
I have a Martha Enroughty b 1843 d about 1885 that was married about 1880 to a Robert Dempsey Bowers.
They had a daughter Lennora Josephine Bowers
born in Halifax County NC that married Claude Howerton. This is listed in the Dar records. My mother-in-laws grandmaothe and her two other sisters were daughter of the American Revolution. Martha has no relatives listed. sounds like this family might connect because the Bowers men started out in Va. Paulette Faulkner
