Lois P. Eroh, 75, of Berwick R.R.3, died at 9:05 a.m. Saturday at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, where she had been a patient since Tuesday. She was ill for several years.
Born in Almedia, Aug. 11, 1917, she was a daughter of the late William and Alma Steinruck Neufer.
Mrs. Eroh attended Bloomsburg schools. She was a manager of the Safeway Store in Alexandria, Va., during World War II.
She and her husband, Clifton E. Eroh, who she married Aug. 26, 1942, resided in Pompano Beach, Fla., for 10 years and returned to Berwick in 1967.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. Conrad (Trudy) Bartley, Mifflinville; two granddaughters; one great-granddaughter; and a sister, Mrs. Melvin (Helen) Evans, Myerstown.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Lester and Harry Neufer, and four sisters: Jennie Artley, Zella Flick, Hazel Pitchford and Eleanor Stauffer.
Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Mayo Funeral Home, Second and Chestnut streets, Berwick, with the Rev. Melvin C. Evans, retired minister of God's Missonary Church and her brother-in-law, officiating. Burial will be in St. James Lutheran Cemetery, Hobbie.
