Looking for any living relatives of Kenneth N Eros. He once lived in Bellingham, WA (until 1954). In 1951, he was the president of Wergeland Lodge, a Sons of Norway Lodge. Our lodge is compiling photos & bios of our past presidents and would like to have a photo and more information on Kenneth.
We know that he was born Kenneth Norman Eros on 7 Jan 1922 in Washington to parents Erick Olsen Eros (6 Aug 1888 Norway - 22 Nov 1957 Pierce Co, WA) and Anna C Nielson (19 Jan 1896 Norway, remarried to Reinhard Ervik, died Jun 1976 Olympia, Thurston Co, WA). He had 3 siblings - Orville, Norma and Kathy. In 1946 he lived at 1020 State Apt 4 with his wife Betsy (18 Mar 1921-) and worked as an embalmer for Westford-Beck Funeral home. Betsy was a nurse for Milton E Altman. We know that he worked for Harlow-Hollingsworth mortuary in Bellingham from 1946-1954. In 1954 he (in conjunction with 1 other) purchased the Warnica & Warnica mortuary in Olympia, WA. He ran for coroner in Olympia, Thurston Co in 1974. He died 6 Jun 1992 in Riverside Co, CA (last residence listed as Olympia, WA).
