Interesting information, but there are several alternate forms of the name Ereth. There is my name, Ehreth, Errett, Erret, Eret, Erath, Errat, or Eratte, etc. These forms can be traced to Alsace and Badois which went back and forth between Germany and France. Each generation or marriage seemed to result in another derivation. For example, I am communicating with a couple from Canberra, Australia and they trace their linage back through Yugoslavia or Hungary. I trace my lines to Odessa, and am still having great difficulty linking back to Alsace or Badois. I have been lucky to do so for one of my Grandmothers however. It is an exciting and challenging journey. Good luck.
