I am looking for a Adam Esch or Samuel Ash listed in an assessment of 1734 for 1720-40 Chapter 3 p.28 "The highest district from Skool kill to Brandiwine". This noted on p.149 of "A Basic History of the Three Coventry Townships, 1700-1850.
Also listed on page 151 of Three Townsips is the Swan Tavern Ledger index. Adam Esch is noted several time, also
