Hello, My paternal grandmother was Fannie Dovie Escue, daughter of Samuel Crockett Escue (1870-1941) and Ella Victoria Cagle (1870-?) with siblings, Robert Samuel (1891-1970), James F (1898-1958), Jeff T (1903-?), Albert (1904-1992), Effie Irene (1906-1992), and Charlie R (1913-1970). Samuel Crockett Escue was the son of Samuel S. Escue (1823-1903) and Almira Jane Hendrix (1828-1900). All were from Lawrence and Giles counties of Tennessee. I'm having problems with Ella Victoria Cagle ancestry. There is information, but none I can verify. If you have anything, I would appreciate it. Hope to hear from you, Janice
