Ich wohne in Deutschland , in Berlin. Mich würde interressieren, wie viele Esslinger es weltweit gibt, woher dieser Name stammt und ob ich mehr über meine direkten Vorfahren erfahren kann.

I'm not sure how much this helps, but my name is Thomas Eslinger, from Calhoun, Georgia, USA my father's name is Richard Eslinger, and my GrandFather's name was Francis Esslinger, and he originally came from Cameron, TX, USA
Here there are many others and I am just begining to search to see how far back I have to go into my family tree to get back to Germany. There are MANY Esslinger's here in the US, some of the names are: Aslinger, Asslinger, Esslinger, Eslinger, Eslingen . All of the names originated from Esslinger or Esslingen. email me at tdeslinger@yahoo.com if I can help you out and maybee someone can read this and help me out.
