Fred --

Bessie ESSLINGER WEBSTER was the daughter of Raleigh W. ESSLINGER and Mahulda WHITE. She is buried in Bush Cemetery at Elam in Madison County, Alabama. She was, indeed, born in 1898 and died in 1930. She was married to Ollie WEBSTER. His headstone states that he was a WWI veteran. He was born on April 18, 1894; I do not have the death date ... transcribed this a few years back. I will go back to the cemetery and check for death date again.

Bessie's siblings were Mattie, James Albert (my grandfather), Jesse, Johnson, and Susan. Her grandparents were Robert ESSLINGER and Nancy Caroline JENKINS; great grandparents were Andrew ESSLINGER and Elizabeth WRIGHT.

I have a few pictures in my grandmother's picture box. I will e-mail you privately to discuss photos.

My question is, who were Laura Elizabeth ESSLINGER's parents?

We will have to investigate further to find the Luler you mention.
