Yes, these have names of peasants in them, but only the farmer's name, not the ones of his family members.
And please keep in mind that back then peasants were named after the farm they lived in and did not have last names.
There is no censuses of that time published for Livonia. Census of 1638 has been published in 1941 (Northern Livonia - ie Estonian territory)
