Traditional Estonian Food for School Gen Project

My daughter has to study one of her ancestors who came to Canada, and she has selected my grandmother from Estonia. On Friday she is supposed to bring a traditional food from Estonia to share with the class. I know that this is slightly off-topic, but does anyone have a recipe that they could email me (perhaps for some Christmas cookies)?
