Searching for family name: SAAN

Does anyone know or has heard of this name. The family came from Estonia, Tallin (I think). My grandfather was quite well known, he built the first power station, but I'm not sure in which part of Estonia this was. My grandfather was called Paulos and my grandmother was Maria Elizabeth Saan. I never knew my grandfather. My grandmother died some 25 years ago, she was quite a caracter. My father,grandmother, sister, Thea, all came to England after the war. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
