Hi,
look at:
http://www.history.ee/cgi-bin/ono/tabel?q=peiker
you can find there, in which county the surname "Peiker" has given to Estonian peasants in the mid-1800-s.
Close to the Äksi parish there is a Luunja village, In German it was called Lunia and in Russian documents (it was an official language in turn of 19/20 centuries) it MAY BE has been called Luniansky?? (it sounds very Russian)
If you know the exact birth date of your anchestor, maybe I can then find him/her from church records.
regards and happy Christmas!
Mart
