Are you sure, that his father was Johann, not Hans?
Karl, son of Hans Peiker and Marri (Marie), born on Jan 5t, at the evening, baptisized on Jan ??-th, goodparents: 1.Karl Wohla, 2.Johann Kuut, 3. Jula Kuut at Pilka (Pilken) community, Tartu-Maarja (Dorpat, St. Marien) parish. You can find the church record here (in order to access the database, you have to register, it is safe and free):
