Guschov - Likely A Jewish Surname?

My grandfather's name was Dementian Guschov. He was born in Estonia, and emigrated to the USA at the outset of WWII. He died in 1994 in Florida. I am wondering if the surname Guschov is likely a Jewish surname, as I wonder if my grandfather fled Estonia when he did due to the Nazi invasion. Any information is greatly appreciated.
