AIDAS from Pärnu or DORBECK from Viljandi

I'm looking for connections to my grandparents who migrated from Estonia to Sweden in 1945.

LEIDA Miralda DORBECK, my grandmother, who was born in Viljandi 1913, 6th of August. She had a sister, Hilja Dorbeck.

ELMAR Johannes AIDAS, my grandfather, born in Pärnu 1905, the 6th of June. He also had a sister, but I don't remember her name now.

Has anyone come across any references or do you have relatives with the names of Aidas or Dorbeck? Otherwise, do you have any tips on what records to look up, how you would get them? Like contacting the cities to ask for birth certificates etc?
